SHEET 05 · THE TRUST ARCHITECTURE DIAGNOSTIC
You're deploying AI on your team.
You're running it on yourself.
Nobody has mapped either.
Three 90-minute sessions, 1:1 with me, for senior leaders who want an AI practice that makes them sharper and steadier, not busier and more scattered.

WHO IS THIS FOR
DEPLOYING
AI in your team
You're responsible for a rollout or living inside one that's going sideways — and the adoption charts don't explain what's actually happening to your people.
RUNNING
AI on yourself
You use it heavily, daily, across everything. It's made you faster and possibly more scattered. Nobody senior to you has ever reviewed how you actually work with it.
DEEP USERS
The relational layer
For leaders whose AI use has become genuinely personal - daily, load-bearing, sometimes hard to describe. What's happening, what's real, and how to hold it well.
Most leaders are at least two of these at once. The Diagnostic maps all of it - your practice, your team, and the layer in between.

THREE SESSIONS · SURVEY, DRAWING, BUILDING
SESSION 01
WEEK ONE
The Survey · map the terrain
What the business does, how the team is structured, and where your biggest AI bottlenecks actually live. How you're currently using AI and how the humans around you are: who's leaning on it too hard, who's afraid of it, who's quietly doing things nobody has noticed. The architecture starts with an honest map, not a tool list.
SESSION 02
DAYS LATER, SAME WEEK
The Drawing · design what holds
Based on the humans we mapped — not on what's trending, we design your practice and your team's structure: how you work with AI without sliding into dependence or leaving capability on the table, and how the team is arranged so human and AI amplify each other, with neither replacing the other. You leave with the design and a working list to test it against.
SESSION 03
TWO WEEKS LATER
The Build Review · test against reality
The design has now met two weeks of real conditions. We go through it against the list: what held, what didn't, what needs streamlining and we streamline it together. Then we map what's next, whether that's nothing, further sessions, or bringing the work to your team.
A-03
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Prep document before session one
Focused, not corporate. It starts the mapping before we ever meet.
3 × 90-minute sessions
Google Meet, recorded and shared. Yours to keep and revisit.
Custom documents between sessions
Your map, your design, and action notes after each session - written for you, not from a template.
The working list
The checklist your new practice gets tested against during the two-week build period.
The relational layer, for deep users
What's happening, what's real, and how to hold it well - taken seriously, without hype or alarm.
A clear view of what's next
Further sessions, team sessions, or nothing, whatever the build review actually shows
No PowerPoint · No procurement · No corporate theatre

FROM THE FIELD
CLIENT RECORD
I was using Claude before I met Gail — what I didn't have was a practice. She helped me build a daily routine with it, taught me how to make my emails sound like me instead of like AI, and showed me what to ask our tech team so Claude could actually work with our files. She even had me complete Anthropic's prompting course. Six months ago I was experimenting; now management knows me as one of the company's AI power users and that was part of the plan too.

One email. Tell me your role and roughly what's happening with AI in your world - two sentences is plenty. I'll reply with the prep document and three session times.
I WORK WITH A SMALL NUMBER OF LEADERS AT A TIME.
